RETURNS 

We offer size exchanges and store credit ONLY. Sale items that are final sale are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

Kindly make sure your return meets the following criteria; 

  • $50 Sample Sale items are final sale. They are garments used from photoshoots, returns and items that did not make it to production. 
  • Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Your size exchange / store credit return is eligible for exchange within a 10 day return window. 
  • Not purchased on sale, or using a discount code with the exception to our text sign up code. All items purchased on sale, or during a promotion is final sale and cannot be exchanged or store credit issued under any circumstances.  If you use a promotional code or an influencer promotional code with the exception to text sign up, it is final sale 
  • Restock items are made to cut, which means they are final sale. They are uniquely made for you 
  • To begin the return process, please email sales@shopsolelia.com with your order number, requesting a return label.  

 STORE CREDIT 

 You are still eligible for store credit within 10 days of when the item was delivered on FULL price items. All items that were purchased on sale or during a promotion is final sale. With the exception to our sign up text code, all sales are final sale. 

EXCHANGES 

We are happy to issue you an exchange, please note that in your return comments when you fill out the form. You will need to send the original dress back and we will be happy to mail you a complimentary size exchange. You are not eligible for an exchange if you use a promotional code, influencer promotional code, purchase during a sale or from our final sale section. 

SHIPPING

Soleila needs 2 business days to process your order. Upon shipping, kindly except 3-5 business days to receive your package shipped either UPS or USPS

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

At  Solelia, we work diligently to ensure your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the designated shipping carrier. Please note:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as shipped and handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or nearby areas.

Contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please reach out to the carrier for a claim or investigation.

For additional support, feel free to contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist within the scope of our capabilities.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return or a store credit, they are final sale.
